1. Check in starts at 1pm with option for earlier check in if communicated prior to check in date. Checkout is at 12pm with late checkout fees incurred after 12.

3. This is a shared space except if the entire house (6 bedrooms) is booked by a guest. For this reason, please respect quiet hours from 8 pm to 7 am.
4. Be considerate of other guests.
5. No parties or events except communicated to management as this attracts a fee. This will only be considered if the whole house is booked by a guest.
6. We provide laundry service for a fee. Kindly enquire at the reception for more details.
7. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms and any shared space caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible during their stay.
