Reservation policy 

Check in starts at 1pm with option for earlier check in if communicated prior to check in date.  Checkout is at 12pm with late checkout fees incurred after 12. 

It is mandatory for all guests to produce a valid identity document upon check-in. Passports are accepted for foreign guests for foreign guests and a valid identity card for domestic guests. 

Guests checking into our facility must be at least 18 years of age. 

All reservations are guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking. 

Deposit Policy 

If a guest is booking the entire house (6 bedrooms), a 50% deposit should be made at the time of reservation with the rest of the payment made at check in.  Please contact our office line  (+233 54 230 2030) for further instructions. 

Cancellation policy 

All reservations must be cancelled or changed at least 48 hours prior to arrival date for no cancellation fees to be applied. 

Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of arrival date will be refunded 50% of total amount paid.
